Your Journey to Recovery Begins with

Peer Therapy

Peer Therapy helps turn trauma into healing, guiding you
toward hope and recovery.

Welcome to Peer Therapy!

At Peer Therapy, I seek to help people who are struggling with the impact of a traumatic experience. This may be an individual traumatic experience or multiple events that have occurred over time. Often times people living with symptoms of trauma feel alone, isolated and hopeless. The thought of seeking help and recovery can feel overwhelming and uncertain. I would like to work with clients who are ready to take the first step, or are seeking lasting recovery from difficult past experiences.
